During normal times Saturday morning yoga workshops at Birdwood House ( Google Maps here ) in Totnes are an opportunity for more in depth yoga practice than is possible in a regular class. There is more time for explanation and questions and answers. There is a maximum number of 16 people, more typically numbers are around 12 -14 .
Levels of experience
The workshops are suitable for all levels of experience. It doesn't matter what level you perceive yourself to be at - there will always be something to learn. Whilst workshops are primarily experiential, there is plenty of time for questions and some discussion of yoga theory.

Workshop content and focus
